Which kickboard is better for kitchen & pantry and why?
Hi @Samara1,
Thank you for your question on kickboards for the kitchen and pantry.
I wouldn't say one is better than the other, it really comes down to preference on the finish.
They are both non-corrosive materials designed to cover gaps in areas that may come into contact with some water.
There are also options for MDF or melamine kickboards such as the Kaboodle 2400mm White Gloss Kickboard which allow for different colours and finishes but are more susceptible to damage from water.
If the area is likely to come into contact with a significant amount of water, the aluminium or stainless-steel kickboards are a better option in terms of longevity, but if aesthetic is your most important criteria, MDF and melamine kickboards offer much more variety in terms of finish.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
