What to do with this kickboard in the kitchen?

Please advise if I can put something onto it to cover the existing kickboard? or should I remove and install a new kickboard? Thanks so much.

Hi @clauzz,

If you were looking to replace it we have a great range of easy to install kickboards which will certainly fix the situation. Alternatively, you might like to consider painting it, by using a primer and then painting with a water-based enamel.

I painted the kickboard in our house several years ago with black water-based enamel and it has been a great solution.

If you need further advice on installing a kickboard or had questions, please let me know.

Hi @clauzz,

My preference would be Dulux Aquanamel as it is a premium hard wearing and chip resistant paint and British Paints Prep 4in1 for the primer.
