I painted the ends a shiny black from the old motley metal; lightly sanded the timber middle and clear coated. Used Dulux renovation range to repaint the cupboards a crisp white !
Lovely work @AngeSam; they came up a treat! You don't have any before photos of the handles or the kitchen, do you? I know what those handles looked like prior, but I'm sure our members would get a kick out of seeing them.
Please keep us updated on the kitchen refurb and make sure to take heaps of pictures. We all love a good kitchen makeover here, so we'll be eagerly awaiting your final results.

I totally agree with @MitchellMc and would love to see some before and after photos if you have them. What material are your cupboard doors? Was it difficult to paint?
