Can anyone recommend a good non-stick fry pan that actually lasts? We’ve bought a few expensive ones over the years and are always careful with only using soft plastic utensils and gently washing (no scouring) but they never seem to last much beyond a year. It seems the coating just doesn’t last and you might as well buy a cheap one and just throw it out. But I hate being wasteful.
Hey @AndreaNg, I'd definitely recommend the SKÄNKA range at IKEA. They're not only great to cook on but cheap enough that when the non-stick stops working to my liking, I just buy a new one.
I agree. The IKEA frypans are my favourite as well. The non-stick lasts for quite sometime (I have had mine for about a year and a half and it is still going strong). They aren't expensive either, which is a bonus.
