Good evening Lisa - @lisa75
It's not easy doing DIY renovations on a budget - but you appear above to be doing very well.
It looks really good, and I like the new flooring!
Sincere best wishes.
Cheers

Firstly welcome to the community.
It's so fantastic you have been able to share your before and after pics but you haven't shared what must have been a big project to tackle?
Would love to know how you tackled the project, the stages and problems you might have faced along the way and how you resolved and solved them?
Hope you can share more info.
Cheers,
Barbara
Hello @lisa75
What an amazing transformation, piece by piece you've upgraded and changed the way the kitchen looks. Looking at the photos you've posted, It looks like you've transformed the former sink into a walk-in pantry with a sliding door. That's actually a very good use of the space, I can't imagine anything else fitting into that cavity. It would have been too cramped if you used it as a laundry area.
Can you please tell us why you've decided that this would be your forever home? Which room will you be upgrading next?
Any other information you can share about your home renovation would be very much appreciated.
Eric
Hi Eric, I’ve always wanted a walk in pantry and when looking at this place to buy , all I did was visualise in what I could do to place and not how it was.
I knew from first day how I was going to set kitchen up and the space where stove was was a perfect space for my pantry. I still have abit to do to finish, but it’s getting there slowly. Cost to renovate kitchen was $2000 . I painted whole house first ,put all kitchen together myself and layed floor down.. happy with what I’ve done so far
