Looks like it has been laminated on top of plastic base or alike.
Hello @Andrey
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about repairing your laminated table.
I suggest having a look at using Parfix 500g Ready To Use Multipurpose Filler - 500g in combination with a Pro Renovator 50mm Plastic Scraper. I suggest washing the damage with some soap and detergent to remove any oil or grease on the surface.
Dry the area thoroughly with a paper towel and a hair dryer. Once totally dry you can then apply the filler. Your goal is to put just enough filler so that it is close to the level of the benchtop. In this manner you won't have to sand so much off. I recommend a 240grit sandpaper or higher when sanding the surface.
Please remember to give the filler enough time to cure properly before you start sanding.
The tricky part is trying to match the colour of your benchtop. I propose going to the store and getting at least a dozen paint sample cards that you feel is close to the colour of your benchtop. Once you have a very close match you can ask the paint specialist to mix a small sample pot for you to apply to the damage.
Please note that this is not a long-term solution, and you'll need to touch up the damage every now and then. Ideally it would be best to replace the laminate top with a new benchtop or perhaps go for an affordable timber top replacement.
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your repairs.
