Hi,

1. I use Glitz Spray on wipe off on my countertop and accidentally left it for more time on the surface .
2.After sometime when I wipe that it leave marks of the spray (water like marks) .
3. Hard to capture those watermarks in the picture and I don’t know what kind of countertop it is. But it is exactly same type on the top and on the bottom.
4.Can you please suggest me what to do to remove those spots.

5.when I wipe the countertop it looks good but after drying all those spray marks are visible …please suggest me something.

Re: water like marks left benhuns

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @preet77dhuri. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing marks.

Have you tried wiping over the bench with the product again or flushing the area with clean water? You might like to try a small amount of dishwashing soap and a damp, clean cloth. Failing that working, you could try using Glitz 750ml Stone and Benchtop Cleaner, which is designed specifically for stone benchtops and reconstituted stone surfaces.

The Glitz quality assurance team would be keen for you to contact them directly so they can assist with the issue. If you can try to capture the staining in a photo, take a picture of the back of the bottle, including the batch number and provide details of the type of bench, then email those to pascoes.cs@pactgroup.com they'll be able to assist. From the look of your photos, the bench is quite likely to be an engineered stone.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
