Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @darrylrdwin. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing a sink aerator.
Aerators are typically screwed onto the end of the tap spout. They can be identified by the seam between them and the spout. In most cases, they utilise an anti-clockwise thread, so if you look from underneath, you turn them anti-clockwise to unscrew. Obviously, they'd turn clockwise when you're standing above the tap.
Are you having difficulty unscrewing yours? A small rubber strap wrench would assist, or if you're careful, you can use multi-grip pliers, but you need to protect the finish of the chrome with a rag so as not to scratch it.
