Hi
The soft close runners will not close on my kitchen base cabinet. Even more baffling is that each time I take the drawer fully out and reinsert it, the end point of travel changes.
Everything is square and level.
The runners are butted up against the back of the cabinet.
With taking the drawers on and out repeatedly the top runners have set themselves to a contracted position and I don't know how to reset them.
Thanks for any insights 😁
Hello @margoburl
I was at the store yesterday and was examining the cabinetry. If the soft close runner is activated before the drawer is put back in, it will not operate properly. The soft close mechanism at the back must be in its activated position so that the drawer works properly.
I've placed four photos below indicating how to push the mechanism into its activated state. The last photo is how your receiver is supposed to look. Once they are in place try putting in the drawer runner and it should now work properly.
If you need further assistance, please let me know.
Eric
