Hi
I have a new Mondella mixer tap that has been installed by a plumber which is now dripping when turned from the swivel, refer to middle red arrow above, also after removing handle I noticed water sitting internally, please advise.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your new tap.
If water is leaking from the handle area on a new mixer tap, it's very likely that the tap is faulty. We'd be more than happy to help you with an exchange. You can either return the unit to your nearest store or, if you prefer, you can also contact Mondella directly for assistance under their warranty.

Unfortunately, in order for us to exchange the product, we'd need to return the original one @PHK. I do apologise and understand this causes inconvenience. If it's an issue, I would suggest contacting Mondella directly, as they may have alternative options for replacement.
The other option would be to speak with a manager in-store. You could purchase another one and then return the faulty one for a refund at a later date.

That's why I recommend reaching out to Mondella directly if you have issues returning a product at the store level. Often in cases where a plumber is required to return a faulty product, they will deal directly with you and, in some cases, arrange for their own in-house technician to attend the property.
