How do I find replacement doors?

I take it this is a pantry and you are also wanting to replace the cupboard doors above the fridge? 

You might like to share the dimensions so members can recommend replacement doors. 

It would also be great to to take some photo showing us the other side of the kitchen so we can see what you are working with and what would be a suitable match.
