Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @yannaingaung. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about removing a tap.
You should find this step-by-step guide useful: How to replace a tap washer. It will show you how to remove the Hot/Cold button with an adjustable shifter to gain access to the spindle. Once the spindle is exposed, you can use a tap spanner to remove it. After removing the spindle, you'll be free to install a net tap set.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
