We began our kitchen last year and it has taken us quite some time to finish - whilst there is those little jobs yet still to go.. we had ordered a wall oven with two draws on the bottom cabinet - we have received the extra microwave box which we won't need. As it has been well over three months, can we return this box for a refund?

There's no time frame involved with returning products that are ranged in our stores. You just need your proof of purchase and for the item to be in a saleable condition.
If it was something like this Kaboodle 600mm Gloss White Microwave Box, you shouldn't have any issues as they are stocked in our stores. However, if it were a custom-made or extended range product specially ordered into the store, then you'd need to speak with our Special Orders team to see if the supplier would charge a re-stocking fee.
