Drill Press Table

A pedestal Drill Press is a commonly used tool in Woodworking, however, the standard steel table (round or square) is great for working with steel but less than desirable when working with lengths of wood.

I made this Drill Press Table with a piece of laminated particle board which I added an edge made of Meranti. I created some slots and added T Track with adjstable clamps and adjustable rear fence also utilizing the T Track. It also features a replaceable insert slightly offset from centre so that you can rotate it for extended wear and replaced with a new insert when fully drilled out.
