Who says you can't have a garden in a city apartment: Pt 2. - Climbing Plants

Here are my passion fruit plants among others that provide my balcony with fantastic privacy and some nature/greenery that i miss out on in the CBD.

All I did was buy a few self watering planter boxes and some decent potting mix, planted the passionfruit and watched them grow! In this instance I didn't need to provide them with any kind of support as they climb up the fence. I also put some pebbles on top of the soil for a better look and to prevent the soil from drying out so quickly.

For plants to fruit, it is important to have at least 2 of them. They will need to cross pollinate which is why this plant has such cool looking flowers.
