Hello @pmf10edenlee
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about cats.
If you've given the pet repellent systems a go and the cats still insist on visiting your garden, I suggest taking it up to the next level, I propose using an Aqua Systems 2L Garden Pressure Sprayer and a formulation of water and cleaning vinegar 1:1. Cats hate the smell of vinegar, and its smell is too much for their sensitive noses. Spray the most common area where they do their business and points of entry into your garden as well as the top of fence line.
The ultimate tool that will stop them is the Sureguard Scarecrow Motion Activated Water Spray Animal Repellent. It is a motion activated sprinkler system that will start spraying water as soon as it notices motion in its field of vision. It's directly plugged in to your garden hose so it will never run out of ammunition. I recommend placing it in a spot where it will cover the largest area possible. Should anything cross its field of vision it will get soaked.
