Here's a great article to start with: How to diagnose a sick plant.
There could be many reasons why your plant is suffering. The cause will likely be determined by any recent changes. Have you started watering more or less? Has it suffered any physical damage to those branches? Perhaps you've had some plumbing work done recently and someone needed access to that inspection outlet? Have you planted over a clay base and recent rains left the roots soggy?
Wait a couple of days after watering or rain and dig down 10cm next to the plant and see if the ground is still wet. Plants hate soggy roots, and if the soil is constantly damp, this could be the issue.
Have a good look at what seems to be a single branch to see whether it has been snapped off.
