Why is my Okra plant peeling?

Hello Team,

Please refer to my Okra plant - I notice a kind of peeling on the okra and also like a burnt thing - would you please advise me what is the issue with the plant and how to resolve? Thanks.

Hi @balaji27,

I'd suggest the peeling you see is the residual parts of the flower dying back and revealing the Okra fruit inside. If you gently pull those dead sections off, it should reveal the fruit. I don't believe there is anything here to worry about.
