When to harvest ginger?
Hello Team,
Please refer to my Ginger plant pics, would you please guide how long I should wait for the harvest and will there be an indication from the plant above the soil? This is my first plant, so no idea about it. Thanks Balaji.

Re: When to harvest ginger?
Hi again @balaji27,
The Bunnings guide How to grow ginger should have everything you need. Here's what the guide says:
You can start harvesting ginger from four months after planting, a little piece of rhizome at a time. In colder areas, make sure you harvest all your ginger before the first freeze. In warmer areas, harvest when the leaves are yellow and the stems start to fall over.
