What insecticide for black beetle is pet-safe?

what insecticide can I use to to irradiate black beetles from my lawns, that is safe with cats.

Would it be possible for you post a photo of one of the beetles on your lawn. This will give our members a better idea of the type of beetle that is infesting your lawn. This is just to make sure that we are recommending the correct spray for your lawn. I've placed a few images below to help with identification. If the beetle that you've mentioned is in any of those pictures, please let us know. 

Did you also happen to have seen grubs in your lawn? If you did, please make sure to let us know as well.

Hi @Jars,

Sounds like you have the black beetle Eric has pictured as the first example below. You can use Richgro 2L Hose On Lawn Beetle And Grub Killa to eliminate them. It's advised to wait 24 hours before allowing your pets back into the area so it can fully dry. Ensure you keep any remaining product safely out of reach of your cat as it's not something you want them to drink directly from the bottle.
