Ryobi 36V Mower handles and mounting plates continually becoming loose. Is this a known issue?

Is the handle attachment for the 36V Ryobi Electric Brushless 46cm Lawn Mower a known issue? The Torx fasteners become very loose after only 1-2 home garden mows. They require frequent tightening on both sides of the mower, as do the mounting plates to the frame.

It's difficult to tell the possible cause of the Torx screws coming loose while you are mowing. I've not heard anything regarding this issue.
