Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about building a raised garden bed.
Let me tag @moshiach77 to make them aware of your question. It is difficult to tell how big the actual raised garden bed is, but looking at its construction, it appears that they used 100x100 fencing post for the corners and 200x50 sleepers for the top section. They then used timber strips to act as an anchoring point for the corrugated sheets. However, I can only guess how they built the bottom of the garden bed, it will be something that moshiac77 will need to elaborate on.
