Hi i dont know what to do my lime tree is in a pot the leaves are curling and dropping ive also found a bug on it
and white nest looking things on the leaves.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @nikaz68. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question.
Overall, your plant looks rather healthy. How often do you water it, and when was the last time you gave it some citrus fertiliser?
You should remove the caterpillar. If it is the only one, then there is no need for concern. Wipe away the nest looking things on the leaves. Once again, if there are only a few, it is not something to worry about.

I fertilise every 6 to 8 weeks leaves are dropping by the dozen and the bottom of ithe pot is a rusty colour coming out
What fertiliser are you applying every six to eight weeks, and how often are you watering?
Mitchell
Im watering once a week atm
@nikaz68 Your lime tree looks really healthy !!! It’s the tiny grub / grubs having a really good chomp on the leaves.
They are chewing the leaves and eating the chlorophyll, leaving behind those window panes ( holes )
Remove and squash the grubs you can see. If needed , spray with a safe Caterpillar spray called Dipel 😀
