Would it be possible for you to post a photo of your plant showing its leaves and branches. Can you please tell us what kind of plant it is. Can you also please tell us what has happened to it and if you have made any changes to your watering and fertilizing habits. Any extra information you can share about your plant will help us diagnose what could be happening to it.

Overall, your Peace Lily looks rather healthy. The browning of the flowers could just be the flowers dying as Peace Lilies typically do not flower year-round. I know one of my Peace lily flowers has died off this week.
As for the brown speckling under the leaves, I'm not entirely sure what that could be. Let me tag @Noelle, @mich1972 and @mashthyme to see if they have any thoughts.
