Hi please help!
I have three lilli pilli trees in my terrace. They have been thriving in the past two years. But since the beginning of this summer i have noticed the branches slowly turning brown and dry.
I don't know it's because lack of water or some kind of pest??? The top bit of the trees still look okay but I am scared the dying bits are slowing spreading to the whole tree.
Would someone know the reason that caused this? I tried to water them more often since it has been hot.
Thank you so much in advance. I really appreciate it. ❤️
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @EmmaW1991. It's splendid to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Lilly pilly care.
What's the moisture content of the soil like, and how often do you water the plant? Been experiencing some odd hot weather? If it's bone dry and you haven't been watering then that's a possible cause. Are there any signs of pests?
Here's a helpful guide: How to diagnose and revive a sick lilly pilly.
