How to revive Kikuyu lawn dry and patchy?

Hi everyone,

Need some help and advice with my lawn. I've aerated fertilized and used Dynamic Lifter in November and the lawn has been fine until the last few weeks where its yellow in some areas and patchy in others with significant dry patches. I water every 3 days for 30 min.

Do you know what the soil is like? When you water, does it soak in or run off?
