Hi,
I hit a tree root with my Ozito Cordless Lawn Mower (PXCLMK-018) and tore the blade off.
The instructions say to hold the bolt with a 12mm spanner and turn the blade.
Without a blade I cannot keep the spindle from turning when I try to undo the bolt.
Any suggestions?
I have electric ozito mower. It has one blade and I wanted to replace it, hit it with wd40 & trans fluid.Couldnt get it off because the spindle turns when trying to undo nut with a socket.I got it of by using a ratchet strap & attatching one end to a fence post and the other end to one side of the blade(the side which will become tight when undoing the nut) used socket and handle to undo and as you start turning the spindle rotates and tightens the strap and allows you to get the nut off! Yay
