How to order Ozito silent shredder spares?

Why no spares available?

New model not so great as the previous model (outlet jams a lot), but after four years the cutting plate broke.
It needs a new cutting plate (Part SPSSH240-56)
It is a wear item (the instructions said to keep adjusting the plate against the cutting blade).
Unbelievably no spares are available (it is still a current model!) so it is a throw away item.
I probably used it twenty times a year so every shredding session cost $3.75
What a waste of the worlds resources.
Bunnings should at least carry the wear items (cutting plate and blade) to avoid such waste

I suggest filling a request form on the Bunnings Spare Parts Page or calling 1800 772 737 in order to find out if there are any spares left for your Ozito shredder. The spare parts team will do their very best to find out if there are any spares left for your shredder.
