When growing tomatoes indoors, it's best to choose dwarf varieties suited for confined spaces. Prepare your containers with well-draining potting mix and sow seeds or transplant seedlings. You'll need ample light to grow indoors, either natural sunlight or artificial grow lights, for 12-16 hours daily. It's best to try and maintain temperatures of 21-24°C during the day and slightly cooler at night. Keep humidity moderate, water when the top inch of soil is dry, and fertilize with balanced tomato fertilizer.
As the plants grow, it's important to support them with stakes or cages and manually pollinate if needed.
