How to grow lawn around 3 big trees?

What's the best solution to help build up lawn in this area . Should I top dress to help soil .

Would it be possible for you post a photo of your lawn under those trees? Can you also please tell us a little bit more about the lawn under your tree? Is it Buffalo, Couch or Kikuyu?

Has the lawn been fading under your tree? Has the soil become compacted? Have you fertilized your lawn?

Any other information you can share about what's happening to your lawn under the tree would be very much appreciated.
