A few things you can check include making sure the tap is turned on enough to provide the required pressure for the sprinkler to oscillate. Also, check for any kinks in the hose that might be restricting water flow. It’s worth having a quick look at the mechanism to see if there’s any debris that could be preventing movement. Also, ensure no one has touched or bumped the oscillation limiting tabs into the wrong position.
If none of these solves the issue, the Gardena Aquazoom M comes with a five-year replacement warranty. If your unit is still under warranty, I’d recommend taking it back to your local Bunnings with your proof of purchase, and they should be able to swap it over for you.
