Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Kez68. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Yates Weed'n'Feed.
I've confirmed with Yates, and the product does not reactivate with moisture. Once it dries after the initial application, it is fully absorbed into the leaf. This means that if the leaf gets wet later, such as from morning dew, there’s no residue left to re-activate.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Mitchell
Thanks for that one more question Is it safe for dog to walk on cement weed and weed touched ?it is dry and I didn’t wash off because wanted grass to dry
Thanks again Kerry
Hello @Kez68
Once the grass and cement walkway are totally dry, it should be safe for your pets.
