Garden shed leaking water from edges

We have just have our Absco Garden shed 3m x 2.26 m installed on concrete slab couple of days ago by Handyman. There is some water penetration from edges, though silicon applied to stop water coming in. Could someone please advise what is the reason on water penetration and how to stop it.
