By the smell of my Ryobi Impact Shedder it has a burnt out motor. Is it worth repairing or should I just get a new one.
If it is fixable, where can I get that done.
It is out of warranty
Regards
Colin
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @colinus. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing a Ryobi shredder.
You'll find details of Ryobi service centers on their website. Your closest one would be the best place to assess your machine's repairability.
If the machine is getting a bit long in the tooth, it could be time to check out what else is available in our range. If you can let our helpful members know what you typically will be shredding, I'm sure they'll be able to make some recommendations on a suitable machine.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
