Re: To radius some 5 Ply doorways to a 5-6mm radius what is the best way?
Hi @bc64,
Thank you for your question about putting a radius edge on some doorways.
Generally, you would use a router with a 5mm round over bit. Something like this Ultra 5mm Radius Rounding Over Router Bit would likely work, however it is hard to say the best method withour seeing your specific doorway.
If you could upload some photos and point out the specific places you want to create a radius, I am more than happy to offer further advice. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images, I'm happy to help if required.
Let me know what you think.
