How to tidy up this vinyl table cover?

How to tidy up the below1mm thick Clear PVC which is used to cover my TAS OAK Wooden dining table.

My dining table size is 1800mm x 1000mm.

any tape or glue to wrap the extra covers or just cut the extra covers. what tools required. kindly advise

I propose trimming the cover ever so slightly so that its drop is uniform all around. I suggest using a hair dryer to soften the vinyl so that it hugs the table. Please do not overuse the hair dryer or stay in one place too long as excessive heat will curl the surface of the plastic. Once the vinyl assumes the shape of the table wipe the surface with a damp clean rag to cool it off.
