Hello @Shannon01
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about lining out your garage.
Before you begin, I suggest checking out the rules and regulations of your local council in regards to enclosing your carport with walls. I also recommend engaging the services of a draftsperson or engineer to draw up a plan for you. These professionals will be familiar with the local rules and regulations of the council and will draw your plans with these rules in mind.
In regards to a similar system such as the Gyprock Rondo, there is the Siniat External Stud Wall Framing Systems. I recommend downloading their Siniat Blueprint in order to get a better understanding of their wall system. If you are an owner/builder, I propose checking your registration to make sure you are rated to handle and build steel structures.
However, if you already have existing walls and are just after a steel stud frame Siniat also offers a host of metal profiles that can do the job. Here is a link to the Siniat Product Catalogue.
Let me call on our experienced members @Dave-1 and @Nailbag for their recommendations.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Good Evening @Shannon01
I havnt lined a garage with steel studs yet But I have done so with timber for my existing brick lined garage.
Garage lining for stud walls stage 1
Garage lining for stud walls stage 2 (Cornice and skirting boards)
Is it a carport attached to the house or a solid structure with walls? I know my council isnt keen (they dont say no) on converting a garage to a room as then it means the car that would fit there gets bumped outside, then the car that would normally be there potentially ends up on the street causing parking issues. So it may be an idea to check your local councils rules. I rocked up and talke dto teh town planner for mine and they made it easy to understand the rulings.
I like using timber studs to flesh out the walls as I found it easy to use (being nmore familure with it then metal studs) I also found it more forgiving as the mistakes I made using timber were easier to rectify then if it was metal.
When you start your project please take a bunch of photos and put up a project A lot of us are always asking questions about lining garages
