How to access engineering plans for Mimosa gazebos?

How do I access engineering drawings for Mimosa 4.27 x 3.69 x 3.23m Wooden Gazebo?

I want to apply for a permit with the local council to build the above gazebo on my backyard but they're asking for engineering drawings otherwise no permit. I showed them the installation instructions with dimension drawings but no luck.

How do other customers normally go with permits for this large gazebo?

Do you know of anyone who has enclosed this to make a little studio?

Just a heads up for those of you perhaps looking for engineering plans to get the council permit.  When I collected all the docs and went to get advice for my council permit, I found that 3 x 4 louvre pergola was not impervious to water.  So therefore I actually didn’t need a council permit.  Might want to check with your local councils. The operative word being impervious.

I got all my plans ready then my local council said my louvre pergola 3 x 4 was not IMPERVIOUS to water, so under their bylaws was not a structure that required a permit. One little word I had missed. So maybe mention this for others to check with their councils before getting all the docs and drawing up plans for a permit. Just a suggestion.
