Help with Tradeflame Wood Burner

Just purchased a Tradeflame wood burner kit, was working fine until i changed the tip and now its not heating up at all

Can anyone help? I'm not sure if it may be wiring or not.

Does anyone have any idea? maybe just take it back or?

Can I ask whether you purchased your kit from Bunnings? If so I would certainly recommend you take it back to your local store and receive some advice from the team.

I just looked at mine, if the thread is clean then all I can think of is it's wiring.

Yup thred is clean! I'm thinking its the wiring as well
