Most places I find online it is called quick release or ball pin.
Bunnings online shows me they have lynch pins, loop bins, lock pins, shackle pins but none of these pins?

You've identified all of our locking pins, many of which function similarly to the one in the image you provided. Was there a particular reason why you were after that one specifically? If you could let our helpful members know what you were using the pin for, I trust they'll have some great solutions for you.
