A dog kennel on castors made using recycled pallet timber.
I'm a novice woodworker, but have found all the posts on Workshop to be educational and inspirational. I have a passion for recycled timber and pallet projects – it’s cheap and environmentally friendly.
I built this dog kennel using recycled pallet timber. It has a small gap at the rear for water drainage and her bed just folds in two so you can pull it through the front of the kennel.
This stylish dog kennel is a great project to take on as a family and will look great in your backyard. Check out this step-by-step guide: D.I.Y. dog kennel.
Workshop member AmyCody built this beautiful dog kennel using recycled pallets, Colorbond offcuts, fence palings and plywood.
Workshop member Riley built this double dog bed frame using recycled pallets.
Oh my goodness, I love these dog kennels and beds! I'm going to give these a crack 😀

Hi mate would you by any chance have any dimensions of this?
Door size, apex of roof height, side height and the width and length of the flooring?
thanks mate.

Hi @frazer
Unfortunately I don’t have the kennel in my possession anymore. A friends dog needed it more.
My kennel was made for the beautiful Zola, my Border collie, she’s a medium to large breed so the kennel size could be different depending on the dog.
I’ll try to get some measurements over the coming days.
Kind Regards
Spencer
