By painting the walls, tiles and vanity and framing the mirror, this bathroom has become a more inviting space, all for just $350.

The project

We have just completed an update to our bathroom. We did a cosmetic renovation to limit costs but we still wanted to create a more inviting space by framing the mirror, and painting the walls, tiles and vanity. Very happy with the end result.

The makeover cost around $350 in total.

Mirror moulding: $ 30
Mirror tape: $12
Paint: $60 (2L was plenty more than needed)
Paint and primer for tiles: $0 (remainder from kitchen makeover)
Mirror cabinet: $230
Toilet roll holder, towel rails and bin: $0 (already had these)

Though a smaller project and low budget, it has definitely had a huge impact on the space.
