A simple and practical workbench for food preparation and barbecuing made using racking and a bamboo benchtop.
The project
We are thrilled with our new barbecue workbench. It was a simple project for my partner Carol. The workbench was assembled using racking and a beautiful bamboo benchtop. Hooks, a removable side shelf and sturdy castors have been added, making it extremely functional.
Everything was purchased at Bunnings for a total cost of around $200. It's the perfect height to use as a prep bench for all our barbecuing and pizza making.
