To clean your oven, I recommend using Selleys 350g Oven Clean. It's an easy-to-use aerosol spray that acts on heavy grease and food stains. I've personally used this product and it is very powerful and cleans not only the oven but its accessories as well.
This product does have a very strong odour and I recommend wearing personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a P2-rated mask. I also suggest making sure that there are no other family members in the house when you start spraying the oven. I recommend spraying the accessories separately outside.
My best advice is to give the spray enough time to activate so that it works on all the stains in the oven. Please also make sure to follow all the safety guidelines printed at the back of the can. - EricL
I like using specialised oven cleaning gels to minimise scrubbing effort. Life is too short for that sort of effort. It also helps if you know how to lift your wire racking out to clean external to oven and this gives you better access to oven walls. Basically you spray the gel on and let it sit there for a while, wipe the gel and grime away and repeat if build-up was super thick. Selleys 400g Oven Plus Heavy Duty Cleaning Gel works best if you pre-warm the oven.
You can use the same product on the grill element. They should be electrically sealed and will take a bit of cleaning. Just don't splash around as much water where the element goes into the oven wall, as there maybe a electrical connector around there on the outside of the oven interior. Simply rinse the element off and let it naturally dry for a couple of hours with the door open a bit before use. You should also be able to clean the interior light on its outside, wiping the cleaning gel on and off with a little polish using a clean cloth like a tea towel. - Jewelleryrescue
I wasted far too much time trying all the internet's ideas with vinegar and bicarb soda. Get the good stuff and follow the instructions. I also used very heavy duty scourers. - Ready2go
My wife uses Mr. Muscle but I would imagine most products work in a similar fashion. Strong odour, but effective. Don't forget the PPE.

I find the selleys spray way to over powering, even with PPE. I have a plastic bag the racks go in, spray the oven cleaner (usually mr muscle) all over the racks, close it up and let sit over night. Give it a shake a couple of times then you find all the gunk literally just washes off .
After spraying and wiping down, we also use a razor blade scraper to get the really cooked bits off oven walls, like this https://www.bunnings.com.au/trojan-safety-scraper-with-5-blades_p0191108
