Looking at the opening of your bathroom it looks like it is much bigger than a standard door. This means that you'll need to build a timber frame to hold the door frame. The door frame also known as a door jamb is the structure that you hang a door on. Before buying any items, I suggest measuring the opening of the room and seeing which door fits best.

Dimensions of gap is actually 210 cm (height), 97 cm (width).

In terms of efforts, do you think it is easy to install barn door vs build stud wall and then install door?

If the timber framing in the entrance area is sufficient, installing a sliding barn door would be far easier. But keep in mind that the door must have sufficient space to slide away. If the walls are too close or if there is a towel rail in the way, it will prevent you from sliding the door open. 

Now that you've given me the dimensions of the opening, I'm afraid it will still be necessary for you to install a timber frame to hold the door jamb in place.
