If your floor is not fully levelled, why is a rimless toilet more prone to splashing than a normal toilet with a rim? The cistern may be slightly tilted but when you press the button, shouldn't water come out uniformly?
Hello @Summer4eva
A rimless toilet has the great advantage of allowing water to spray directly into the pan, which is a step up from the old rimmed models. If you're noticing too much splashing, it can be frustrating, but the good news is that the water flow can be adjusted to reduce this. Adjusting the flushing mechanism to control the amount of water flow is the key.
Since this adjustment can be a bit complex and needs to be done just right to avoid affecting the flush performance, it’s best to call in a licensed plumber to handle it. They’ll make sure everything is set up properly, leaving you with a perfectly functioning, splash-free flush.
