Old linen space with access from kitchen , turned into a hybrid Laundry and Butlers pantry.

black fixtures handles and chef mixer 

black Butlers sink

Step 1

take a breath !
remove old fixtures.

re-sheet walls and ceiling 

fit new cabinetry
