I have a leaking tap and have decided to changeover dated tapwear in bathroom and am on a budget. Looking for recommendations of detachable shower and taps for seperate shower and tapwear over separate bathtub.

There are plenty of twin shower heads available. Budget-wise, the Estilo Chrome 3 Function Hand Shower & Connector Set would be the cheapest detachable head.
The next style up in price from your current taps would be the Mondella Resonance Ceramic Disc Wall Top Assembly Tap Set, and you'd need one set for the bath and one for the shower. The Mondella Resonance Chrome Wall Mounted Bath Spout is the matching spout.
