How to unscrew shower tap ?

Hi @stella,

To unscrew the spindle out of the wall with a tap spanner, you must first remove the handle and flange. I can see that you've unscrewed the flange from the spindle, but you also need to remove the handle. Otherwise, you can't fit the tap spanner down the spindles shaft. 

Can you tell what is holding the tap handle on? Typically, that handle style uses a screw-on button to fix it in place. I'll include an image below. If there is no button, then there could be a hidden grub screw.
