How to seal toilet suite base?
Hi,
We have accepted a new build handover as our builder is slow in rectifying defects and decided to do it myself. How do I rectify this? Can it be done with silicone?

Re: How to seal toilet suite base?
Hello @badmojo,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about sealing your toilet base.
I suggest using Selleys 300g White Wet Area Waterproof Silicone Sealant to seal the bottom of your toilet pan. It gives a superior waterproof and mould resistant seal. Designed for sealing wet areas such shower screens, baths, spas, sinks and plumbing fixtures, it has a built-in fungicidal protector to stop the growth of black mould and fungus.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Re: How to seal toilet suite base?
Hello @LisaN-algaib
Yes, an ordinary silicone dispenser such as the UNi-PRO Skeleton Caulking Gun or similar will be enough for you to apply the silicone to your toilet base.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
